The Hollon LC-60J is a new UL rated 1 hour fireproof home safe from Hollon.  It features seamless construction, which increases security and improves appearance.  Seamless safes do not have the weak spots (welded seams) associated with non-seamless safes.  In addition, the LC-60J features true composite construction.  The safe is constucted using a solid steel inner layer, a layer of concrete-like fireproofing material in between, and a solid steel outer layer.  This gives the save the fireproof protection necessary to pass the UL 1 hour fireproof rating test, which is a much higher standard than other ratings often used by manufacturers.
